On December 18, 2025, a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership was officially signed at the office of the Russian Association of Fashion Industry Participants (RAFI) in Moscow with the B2BASEAN Alliance. This new partnership opens direct access for Russian light industry manufacturers and fashion brands to the rapidly growing Southeast Asian manufacturing hub. At the initial stage, both parties plan to focus on market entry and collaboration in the Republic of the Philippines, positioning it as a key gateway to the ASEAN region.
